2. How can I place an order?

3. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?
No, there is no minimum. You may order 1 pieces.



4. How is your company working procedure? Izzit really impossible for me to view the product at your place? Our online Customer Service Representative receive order,pass to Stock Management Representative,then pass to Quality Control Representative,and finally pass to Post Department.Generally we got 5 Department as CSR,SMR,OCR,PD and Purchaser.This is a Business Team. If someone come,our CSR need to service you,then SMR need to take out the stock for viewing, after that we need to clean up. This normal Business Team would get effect and stop operate because of 1 client want to look at the stock, It really does not benefit us. For a client, actually it is right that you want to see the stock. But you need to spend time and petrol expenses. We recommend is to buy 1-2pieces back and check, this will be good for both side. Online business give us a very convenience way, we should use it. We are very concern every single client, hope we can achieve win win situation.

5. Can I use my local forwarder to collect the goods?
You /or your local forwarder can come to collect the paid items at our center directly, please make your shipping address as your local forwarder address.
Orders self-collected will not have delivery charges.

6. Do you offer any discounts?

7. What about returns and exchanges?
We have a well-estiblished compensation system for unmendable defective /missing /wrong items.Due to international shipping cost, we do not offer direct return of goods as it is not an economic solution, instead, we offer credits for unmendable defective items.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal/ TT transfer/ Bank Deposit.

.9. What are your shipping methods/ rates?
Currently we use Pos laju and pos ekspress. Shipping rate is counted by Pos Laju Malaysia postage system, base on parcel weight/capacity/locations.


10. In what purchase amount can I get free shipment?
We do not offer free shipment for wholesale member at this moment. Purchase in certain amount could enjoy Discount. Please view more details at latest promotion .


11. Is there any extra charge ordering from you?
beautycorner2u.blogspot.com would not place any extra charges other than items actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment.

12. Is all your merchandise immediately available?
All our beauty product available at our online catalogue are currently in stock. However some of these beauty have limited availability. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

13. How long will it take to get my order?
We will arrange delivery of your ordered stocks from our Malaysia factory to your place when we have recieved your full payment. This process will takes 1-2days.


14. How about if there is out stock items?
As stocks level is changing every Minute, there may have potentially 5% of goods waiting for re-stock or just outstocked every hour, our CS will describe to you in detail, and let you decide whether you would like wait or exchange for another style to enable faster postage. All excess payment/ excess shipping fee/ price difference would be credited to your bank account .

15. Your beauty are very good and in very reasonable price, how can I keep contact with you?
Thank You. 90% of our first-time customer would place an second order, it stimulate us to keep going on improving our products and services.

16. Your wholesale price can be cheaper?
Sorry, it is fixed price. It is no meaning if we give you discount but the price we set higher. We believe we are the lowest price in the market.

17. How if you didn't send us goods after we made payment?
Firstly, It is illegal if do not send item after payment has made, it will be sue by Malaysia law. Our website member&website value is not a small amount, we won't close our website or made our name bad just because to cheat you a hundred dollar. We able to make money from our member more than thousand, so it is not worth to do so. We hope we can build a reliable and trust between Us and customers.

18. Can we return the item if we are not satisfied?
We can't guarantee everyone like our product, and we don't know every customer feeling about our product, so Cannot Return.

19. Can we exchange the item to others product if we can't sell it?
Sorry, cannot. Because wholesale we earn not much, if exchange will waste our man power and the shipping cost. So we wont exchange unless the problem of quality/broken.

20. Why you not allow me to pay after I received the goods?
Firstly, online selling build the basic on trust. Received payment but not sending goods to you is illegal. We won't cheat you just because of hundred dollar compare to our members and website which value is up to thousand dollar. We won't do that which is not benefits to us. Somemore we also need to protect ourselves because we not familiar with the buyer.
